Cancellation Policy

We understand things change. Here’s our policy on cancellations:

  1. Standard Deliveries

    Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled time for a full refund.

  2. Rush Deliveries

    Due to the time-sensitive nature of rush deliveries, all fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

  3. No-Shows or Missed Pickups

    If our driver arrives at the scheduled location and the sender is unavailable, the item is not ready for pickup, or the delivery is cancelled without proper notice, the order will be considered a "No-Show." In such cases, the customer will be billed the applicable base delivery fee to compensate for time, fuel, and scheduling impacts. Repeat occurrences may result in suspension of service.
