Pickup & Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage
Motion Miles Logistics currently serves the greater Austin, TX area and locations within a 150-mile radius. Requests for deliveries outside this standard service area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional review, availability, and approval. If you require service beyond our coverage area, please contact our team to discuss potential arrangements and obtain a custom quote.
Delivery Hours (can change without notice)
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed (services may be available by advance scheduling only)
All pickup and delivery requests should be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. While we strive to accommodate same-day and urgent requests, these are subject to driver availability and may incur additional fees.
Order Processing & Scheduling
Orders are processed during regular business hours. Orders received after business hours, on Sundays, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Customers will receive a confirmation email or message with estimated pickup and delivery windows upon successful booking.
Handling & Special Requests
We treat every delivery with care and professionalism. If your delivery requires special handling, oversized items, fragile goods, or additional labor (such as multiple flights of stairs, assembly, or disassembly), please notify us at the time of booking. Additional handling fees may apply based on the nature and complexity of the request.
Delays & Service Interruptions
While we make every effort to meet scheduled pickup and delivery times, factors such as traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as possible and provide revised estimated times of arrival.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If no authorized recipient is available at the delivery location during the scheduled window, our driver will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery fee may apply, and rescheduling will be subject to availability.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and complete address and contact information at the time of booking.
- Be available or have an authorized recipient present during the scheduled delivery window.
- Notify us in advance of any access restrictions, security requirements, or special instructions.
Service Modifications
Motion Miles Logistics reserves the right to modify, delay, or refuse service as necessary for safety, operational, or compliance reasons.
